Cheryl Follon studied Law and German and then English Literature at the University of Glasgow and then took an M.Phil in Creative Writing at Trinity College Dublin. In 2004 – 2005 she spent some time living in New Orleans. She now teaches at a further education college in Glasgow. Cheryl Follon won third prize in the Strokestown Poetry Competition in 2002 and has received two writer’s bursaries from the Scottish Arts Council.
